New ways to use up apples and

pumpkin for the fall and winter season!

We are still in the taste testing stage for these

scrumptioso treats, and

have one picked out for sure.

These sound like muffins not pancakes!

Well why not! We all love muffins and pancakes for breakfast but

only if they have wholesome ingredients and are low in fat and

calories and they must contain whole grain and flaxseed meal! Right!

Top these babies with low glycemic Agave nectar and a side of fresh fruit

and you'll scarf these down (slowly) faster than you can say "More Please!"

I will be carrying these in my shop this fall and in my Etsy shop as well.

I have decided to start a Cookie-A-Month Giveaway

to get more peeps on the healthy breakfast, healthy snackin train!

Now I am, as my friends know, a very generous

kinda gal and I want to spread the healthy bakes

word any way I can. I know they try their darndest
